Different colour Divine Aura? - Guild Wars Forums

I noticed in this video on YouTube, that there is an ele with a light blue 'divine aura' - I was always under the impression that the ele aura was flame-coloured, and only monks and rits had a pale blue one.

Here's a (not very good) screenshot if you don't want to watch the vid:

Can anyone tell me where this colour aura comes from? I think someone might have told me it was a PvP tournament reward, but it's bugging me and I'd like to know for sure!
